Ray's Plumbing and Sewer Service started
in April 1987 as a partnership. At this time sewer installation
and drain cleaning were the only services provided by the company.
The partnership was dissolved in 1989.  
After the dissolution
of the business, Jerry Winter became the sole proprietor of
the business. Under the direction of Beth and Jerry Winter,
Ray's Plumbing and Sewer Service has grown
over the past 18 years.
 The
company is licensed, bonded and insured.
