Accordingly, you will find enclosed a Co-Administrator's check for $140 so that the account of The Estate of Gertrude M. Stockman will be paid in full for the January 20 services.

The  Co-Administrators have asked us to share with you that they appreciate your understanding and your kindness and that The Estate will definitely be back in contact with you if they decide to do any further work at 1912 Hamilton Court before the property is sold.
